1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (food and beverage items), we generally do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:
- You received a wrong product.
- The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The item is expired at the time of delivery.
If any of these apply, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue at info@hindusthanking.com or call us at +91 62968 09332.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or return as applicable.
2. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- A replacement item is not available.
- The returned item qualifies for a full refund after inspection.
Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
(Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.)
3. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To cancel an order, please email us at info@hindusthanking.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
5. Shipping Costs
If a return is approved, shipping costs for returning the item may be covered by Hindusthan King only in cases of incorrect or damaged products.
For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
