- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- If we experience a high volume of orders or any supply delays, shipment times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you by email or phone.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India.
If your delivery location is in a remote area or out of serviceable range, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A small shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹499 or for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
6. Delays or Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions or public holidays
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
In such cases, we’ll assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund after verifying with the courier partner.
